EuroMedix Extended Warranty:
EuroMedix Extended Warranty covers all problems that you might experience with your instrument. It includes a replacement of your device within 48-72 hours of your report so you can continue offering your services.
Transportation, labour and parts will be completely free of charge.
EuroMedix Maintenance Contract:
EuroMedix Maintenance Contract is an ideal opportunity to enjoy an annual maintenance and diagnostic scheme for your system.
This preventive check includes one annual visit of an EuroMedix qualified technician.
Quality Control Programs:
Internal Quality Control: EuroMedix offers you Quality Management Schemes and Control Sera with the highest standards (as required in Germany and Switzerland).
External Quality Control: By subscribing to this service you will get your quality control schemes performed by authorised organisations. The recommended external quality control scheme consists of a quarterly audit.
